About

I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with over six years' experience helping people like you make positive changes to their lives. I'm based in London, where I also trained, and hold both a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in Jungian Therapy.

Having successfully treated clients from a variety of backgrounds during my time in practice, I originally specialised in the alleviation of stress and anxiety, but over the years my knowledge and expertise has grown and I now provide help for an extensive range of client issues.


Why Analytic Hypnosis?

Clinical hypnotherapy combines 'clinical hypnosis' (the use of various hypnotic techniques by a trained therapist to induce a highly relaxed state in the patient) with 'therapy'. It is often a shorter form of treatment than traditional psychotherapy for behavioural and emotional change.

Analytic Hypnosis is unique in that it draws on certain elements of Jungian psychology (established as Analytical Psychology by founder, C.G. Jung), such as 'active imagination' and 'shadow work', offering the potential for deeper personal insight and longer-lasting benefits.
